We’re excited to announce that Al Hartlieb, formerly of American Engineering Testing (AET), has joined MAPA as a technical resource available to our members.

Al brings decades of experience in asphalt materials, mix design, and quality control. He is uniquely positioned to support MAPA and its members with:

• Mix Design Guidance: Answer your questions about asphalt materials, mix design specifications, and best practices.

• Lunch & Learn Sessions: Custom technical training on mix design for consulting engineers and public agencies.

• On-Call Technical Support: Provide as-needed support on asphalt materials, design, or best practices.

• Outreach Assistance: Support MAPA’s efforts to promote asphalt pavements with county agencies and other stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for MAPA members to tap into a deep well of knowledge to improve your projects, help with technical issues, and strengthen our relationships with public partners.
