Joan Donovan Memorial 9-Hole Golf Outing

The Women of Asphalt Annual Joan Donovan Memorial Golf Outing is a fun day on the course bringing together women from across the asphalt industry for networking, camaraderie, and a round of golf. Held each summer at Bunker Hills Golf Course in the Minneapolis area, the event honors the memory of Joan Donovan while celebrating the women making an impact in the industry and providing a great opportunity to connect with colleagues and enjoy a day away from the job site.

Inside the Mix: Understanding Asphalt Materials
Join Women of Asphalt and the Asphalt Institute for the inaugural Inside the Mix: Understanding Asphalt Materials, taking place December 9 -10, 2026, in Lexington, Kentucky.
As the first offering of this program, participants will have a unique opportunity to learn directly from Asphalt Institute experts in a small-group, highly interactive environment.
Designed for engineers, quality and laboratory professionals, asphalt producers, contractors, project managers, suppliers, and emerging industry professionals, this hands-on program provides a practical introduction to the materials, testing methods, and performance factors that influence pavement performance.
Through classroom instruction, laboratory demonstrations, and discussions with industry experts, participants will explore asphalt binders, emulsions, aggregates, mixtures, and performance testing while gaining a stronger understanding of how material decisions impact real-world results. Thanks to those who attended the Ascentek (Lube-tech Facility Tour. We had a great time networking, talking about leadership, and learning about the production of Lube-tech products.
