EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

DIRECTORS

BITUMINOUS TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE

CO-CHAIRS: BRENT CARRON, VALLEY PAVING, JOHN GARRITY, MNDOT

This committee meets three times per year in partnership with MnDOT and AGC. Issues discussed are technical in nature and include MnDOT, county, and city representatives.
 

ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH, & SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

CHAIR: JASON VERSTEEG, DUININCK, INC.

This group will meet twice a year to respond to urgent needs and to devise and execute strategies for MAPA’s environmental and sustainability initiatives, as well as keep up to date on any health and safety related items. 
 

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE

CHAIR: DAN SCHELLHAMMER, MIDSTATE RECLAMATION, INC.

This committee will meet as needed to devise and execute strategies for MAPA’s Workforce and Training Initiative including MAPA’s Scholarship Program.

TRAINING ADVISORY COMMITTEE

CHAIR: CHRIS BENSON, MARTIN MARIETTA

This group will meet monthly or as needed to devise and execute strategies for MAPA’s Training Programs and make recommendations to the MAPA Board.

MEMBERSHIP WORKING GROUP

CHAIR: DUSTY ORDORFF, BITUMINOUS ROADWAYS

This group will meet as needed to devise and execute strategies to grow MAPA’s Membership sectors.
 

EVENTS REVIEW WORKING GROUP

This group will meet as needed to evaluate and devise strategies for optimization of MAPA’s Events.
 

INDUSTRY ONLY SPECIFICATION WORKING GROUP

CHAIR: SAMANTHA PRIMUS, KGM

This industry-only group meets as needed to review and discuss potential specification changes.
