Tournament Details
18-hole Tournament – All participants (Golfers and Sponsors) will be together before the tournament starts and for the Results Reception immediately following the tournament. We will start at 7:30 AM with registration, tee off at 9:00 AM, and awards will start at approximately 2:00 PM.

Sponsorship Details
Liquor
Beverage service is being simplified for 2026 to create a more seamless experience for golfers and sponsors.
Each golf participant will receive four universal beverage tickets redeemable throughout the event at the Bloody Mary Bar, Beverage Carts, and Reception. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.
Universal beverage tickets will feature recognition for the following sponsors:

As part of this change, Hole Sponsors will no longer distribute separate branded drink tickets on the course. Our goal is to reduce confusion and simplify beverage service throughout the event. We welcome your feedback on this updated format following the outing.

Sponsors can provide sealed snacks or candy.
Sponsorship Opportunities
There will be 18 premium sponsorship positions that will allow you to see all golfers during the tournament. These 18 positions will be available on a first-come first-served basis. All hole sponsorship assignments will be made on a first-come first-served basis. Hole assignments will be emailed the week of July 22. Non-members add $200 to all listed rates.

Door Prize Donations
Another way to participate in the golf outing and promote your logo is to donate! Door Prize donors will be recognized in promotional material before, during and after the event. We’re seeking great Door Prize Donations. You can either send us dollars to purchase golf items for the Door Prizes, or let us know the type and quantity of items you wish to donate (gift cards, golf items, coolers, etc.). Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. This applies to all golfers and sponsors. Alcohol is not allowed to be given as a prize, giveaway, etc.
Drawing Ticket Information
If you prefer, you may offer a monetary donation to purchase drawing prizes. Your company will be recognized in promotional material before, during and after the event. All drawing ticket sales will be on-site. They will be available from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Golfer Check-in desk or out on the course. The drawing will be held at the Awards Ceremony and Reception at 2:00 PM.
- Winners do NOT need to be present to win; all prizes will be delivered to those who win.
- Must be 18 years of age and older to purchase a drawing ticket and win a prize.
- Only credit cards are accepted as payment for drawing tickets.
- Each drawing ticket is $5; $25 to purchase the full book of 5.
- The drawing will be held at Meadows at Mystic Lake at 2:30 PM on August 5th. All ticket stubs (sold and unsold) along with the money collected must be turned in prior to the drawing.
Sponsor Equipment Showcase
Sponsoring companies have the opportunity to bring equipment to the course. MAPA must be notified by July 15 for accommodations.
Golfer Representatives
Each sponsorship purchased includes registration for ONE representative with access to the Lunch and Reception. Please purchase lunch and/or reception for additional representatives. We will follow up in July to confirm representatives’ name/title. Substitutions for half day or less time will not be allowed. Additional representatives beyond the one included are $40 for lunch and $40 for reception per person. If you have any changes in registrants, please contact Abbey Bryduck at abryduck@mnapa.org.
Conduct & Liability:
MAPA events are harassment-free. Participation at your own risk; MAPA not liable except for gross negligence.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by July 19, 2026, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after that date. To cancel, please email Abbey Bryduck at abryduck@mnapa.org.
