In the News
MAPA members Bituminous Roadways, Inc. and Midwest Asphalt Corporation of Eden Prairie recently donated 320 tons of asphalt and 140 hours of labor and equipment time, to MN Adult & Teen Challenge for a new parking lot installation at their Minneapolis campus.
This two day project was unique in that competitors worked together to provide a local non-profit organization with a much needed parking lot installation, which would’ve normally been cost-prohibitive. The work was performed on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 5 and 6, 2016 by crews from Midwest Asphalt Corporation, using asphalt from a local Bituminous Roadways facility.
