The Minnesota Asphalt Conference 2019 will be held December 4-5, 2019 at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in Minneapolis, MN. Opportunities are available for your company to be showcased as MAPA supporters (benefits listed below with each sponsorship).

Exhibit Booth Rates

MAPA Member: $250 thru 10/16 ($300 after 10/16)

Non-Member: $500 thru 10/16 ($550 after 10/16)

Register by October 16, 2019 to receive the best rates.


Booths will be available during the day Thursday.

Booths include:

  • One draped 8’ table
  • Two chairs
  • Listing in conference materials
  • One representative registration

MAPA will send an exhibitor service kit with details for setup, ordering, and shipping four to five weeks prior to the show date.


Hall of Fame Awards Dinner

If you wish to participate in the Hall of Fame Awards Dinner, you can purchase meal tickets for $100 per person, and/or provide silent auction items.

Hospitality suites will be available this year from 2:45pm to 10:00pm Thursday, December 5th for attendees to visit and socialize. Meeting attendees are given a Bingo Card to encourage them to visit all of the Hospitality Suites and become eligible for a prize drawing. Rooms will be assigned on a first-received, first-assigned basis. You must contact the hotel to book your hospitality room in addition to registering with MAPA. You will need to book a 2-night room for Wednesday and Thursday night. Rooms will be assigned closer to the date of the event.

Company Representatives

Registering Your Representatives
Each booth purchased includes registration for ONE representative with access to the conference December 5th. A registration form will be sent to your main company contact to submit your representative name. Substitutions for half day or less time will not be allowed.

Additional Booth Representatives
Additional representative badges may be purchased during online registration or via the registration form sent to your main contact. The cost of an additional booth representative is $125. This fee includes access to the exhibit hall, food, and beverage on Thursday, December 5th.

Registration Policies


Online registration requires credit card payment; MAPA accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Payment is required prior to the event unless a purchase order has already been requested. To edit your registration, please contact MAPA at or 1+ (651) 636-4666. We encourage members to log in to register for events. If you are a member or have previously created an account on the MAPA website, login here.


If you are not a member and would like to join to receive reduced conference rates, please join here. To renew your membership and receive member rates, log into your profile, renew, then return to register for the event. These will be two separate transactions. You also have the option to pay for both by downloading forms.



MAPA reserves the right to modify the course’s schedule or program as necessary. MAPA also reserves the right to cancel this
conference, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. We are unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of MAPA cancellation.


Exhibitor and sponsor cancellations before 11/1/19 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations after 11/1/19.


We host events throughout the year, including our annual conference, workshop, and trainings (collectively “events”). If you are a member and register for one of our events, we will access the information in your member account to provide you with information and services associated with the event. If you are not a member and you register for one of our events, we will collect your name and contact information, which we will store in our database and use to provide you with information and services associated with the event. If you are a presenter at one of our events, we will collect information about you including your name, employer and contact information, and photograph, and we may also collect information provided by event attendees who evaluated your performance as a presenter. As an attendee, speaker, or sponsor/exhibitor, we will keep a record of your participation to provide you with post-event information including details on upcoming events you may be interested in. Your contact information may be shared via an event mobile app or attendee list as part of your participation in the event. Your hotel reservation information may be shared between MAPA and the hotel.


Please do not email forms with credit card information. To protect your data and to comply with PCI standards, the MAPA office will not accept emailed credit card information.


Registration for or attendance at this event acknowledges consent to be recorded or photographed. We reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at our events, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. We may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.


All conference activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for conference attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in the conference areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

All sponsors, exhibitors, hospitality suite hosts, and attendees are responsible for following all hotel guidelines and rules along with the MAPA Code of Conduct.
