Willmar, Minnesota – May 26, 2016: Duininck, Inc. announces the acquisition of the asphalt related assets of McLaughlin & Schulz, Inc. in a deal that concluded on Tuesday, May 10. The acquisition allows Duininck, Inc. to expand their capabilities in the region.
McLaughlin & Schulz, Inc. was founded in 1939 by Frank McLaughlin.
