Construction & Quality Workshop Exhibitor Booth Registration

The 61st Asphalt Construction & Quality Workshop, Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at the Earle Brown Heritage Center, is a one-day workshop primarily for asphalt contractors, their field personnel and many of their customers (state, county, city employees), and consultants who have occasion to work with our industry. Click here to view the agenda.

 

We are offering 27 exhibitor booths in Carriage Hall A that will open at 8:00 AM. (Please note set-up time is at 7:00 AM.) Booth reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis with MAPA Associate Members receiving preference if there is more booth demand than availability. Each booth is 8′ deep and 10′ wide and includes pipe and drape, one skirted 8′ table, 2 chairs and a sign with your company’s name. An additional table is available for $25. Click here for the Door Prize Donation form. We will have door prize drawings after lunch and during the afternoon break for the attendees. Due to time constraints, please limit your door prize(s) to one or two prizes per booth. We will have a microphone available to announce the winners who must be present to win. You may tear down your booth any time after 3:00 pm.

To confirm your reservation, please fill out the forms below and return it to MAPA by E-mail to info@mnapa.org or Fax to 651.636.4790. Cancellations will be accepted on or before March 17, 2017. No refunds will be given after that date. The last day to register for a booth is March 22, 2017.
